Regular drawing is not only the nearest thing to mindfulness and mental well being, but hugely helpful to your art practice, what ever form that might take.
Google Beechwood Hall for a map, but it’s easy to find… from Lewes take the first turning left at Cooksbridge, just before the level crossing and it’s about a kilometre (if that), down the Lane.
Beechwood Hall has underfloor heating and sustainable ventilation (open windows). The building’s insurance policy regards the building as having suitable COVID19 precautions in place. As you can see it is a lovely space with plenty of tables and chairs, sadly no easels, but we have our own boards. There are loos and hand washing facilities and free parking.
